Are there any "hidden fees" I should know about?
No. At Oasis, we believe transparency is the foundation of a successful partnership. We utilize a straightforward fee structure with no "junk fees" or hidden surprises. Every cost is clearly outlined in our management agreement so you can accurately project your ROI.
Do you handle rental registrations and city inspections?
Yes. Navigating municipal requirements in Metro Detroit can be complex. We handle the entire process, including rental registrations, lead-safety compliance, and city inspections, acting as your primary point of contact with local building departments to ensure your property remains compliant.
Can you help with "problem tenants" or existing issues?
Absolutely. We specialize in portfolio stabilization. If you have a property with existing payment issues or lease violations, we step in to professionalize the relationship, enforce lease terms, and work through the necessary legal or mediation steps to get your investment back on track.
Can Oasis help renovate my rental property?
This is one of our unique advantages. In conjunction with our sister company, Oasis Construction, we can manage everything from minor "turn" refreshes to full-scale capital improvements. We leverage our extensive vendor network and construction expertise to increase your property’s value and rental potential.

How to Submit a Maintenance Request
Oasis Asset Management accepts maintenance requests and tenant communications in two forms. Once you have accepted possession of the property, direct all communication regarding your lease, maintenance and other questions or concerns to the means of communication below.
Our main and preferred method of contact for all inquiries, maintenance or otherwise is via text message to our Textline number 248.927.1868 (please note, this number only accepts text messages).

Upon submission of a maintenance request, a member of our maintenance staff will respond within 24-48 hours. In the case of an emergency or after-hours request, response times will be as quick as possible. Emergencies may include, but are not limited to: active leaks, loss of heat, or loss of hot water.

Please note: Adding photos greatly assists us in assessing the work that needs to be completed at your property, please include them whenever possible. Especially when submitting a request for an appliance, be sure to include a photo of the model and serial number.
How to Pay Your Rent
Rent can be paid via your Baselane account. If you are having any issues with your account, please contact us via one of the methods listed above.
Please remember, per your lease agreement the full amount of rent and late fees must be paid in one transaction; separate payments are not accepted.
