How and when do I receive my disbursements?

Owner disbursements are processed and sent via direct deposit approximately 10–13 days after the close of the month. This schedule ensures all rents have cleared and any monthly expenses are accurately reconciled, providing you with a clean, transparent financial statement each month.


How involved do I need to be in the management of my property?

We offer a fully customizable management experience. Whether you prefer a "hands-off" approach where we handle every detail from midnight repairs to city paperwork, or you’d like to be consulted on every major decision, we tailor our communication and involvement to fit your comfort level.


What specific areas of Metro Detroit do you cover?

We service the entire Southeastern Michigan region, with a heavy focus on the Metro Detroit market. This includes Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. Our local presence allows us to stay on top of neighborhood-specific market trends and maintain a quick response time for on-site needs.

Yes. Navigating municipal requirements in Metro Detroit can be complex. We handle the entire process, including rental registrations, lead-safety compliance, and city inspections, acting as your primary point of contact with local building departments to ensure your property remains compliant.

Absolutely. We specialize in portfolio stabilization. If you have a property with existing payment issues or lease violations, we step in to professionalize the relationship, enforce lease terms, and work through the necessary legal or mediation steps to get your investment back on track.
